Very interesting observation. One should also like to extend other activities that go on at LUMS and might include a lot of them into the junk that needs to be cleaned. I believe everyone's responsibility becomes nobody's responsibility in the end, as everyone either thinks:
1) someone other than me would do the job.
2) since everyone is doing it, so why should i bother.
The admin should take the responsibility for all kinds of junk in the campus, and come up with regulation rules. LUMS, this whole quarter, seemed like a place for festivities rather than an educational institution!!
